I am Australian in Cairns North Queensland. Am right onto harping about diet exercise etc, to clients pets and personally to nurses and vets.I am going to print up in Excel a spreadsheet of the weight relationships on this website if I have your permission please? And I do HARP every day because this stuff is all about living and life and happiness and very important. Eating habits are very much an addiction like smoking, alcohol etc.
I also need to know if the pounds are metric or avoirdupois ?
